Bows & Biscuits is proud to be the first salon in Skagit and Snohomish counties to be Fear Free and AKC certified. 

We offer a unique one-on-one experience to provide a calm kennel-free grooming session for our clients. 

All groomers with Bows & Biscuits are certified through multiple organizations including, but not limited to, the AKC, the IPG, the NDGAA, and the veterinarian-founded Fear Free education program
